Tiffin Talk

I've been having the most enlightening, but also fear-inducing conversations with other parents lately about kids, how much they change as they grow up, and how fast it all goes.

Have you ever felt like you don't know your kid as well as you would like to, and time keeps flying by, and you want to connect, and understand each other more, but don't know how?  Me too.

So, we got these TiffinTalk note cards.

What are they? Legitimate conversation starters.

The note cards provide interesting, creative weekly themes, with daily questions to ponder.

Some days my 1st grader gives a funny short answer, other days we talk about stuff for a while.

My son gets excited to go get the Tiffin Box and we read our card for the day together.  It's become our special thing.  I've been so surprised at some of the things he knows!

The point is: we talk, which is precisely what I wanted more of!  Quality talk and quality time.  We are 2 weeks in and have been loving it so far.

Where can you order some or get more info?     tiffintalk.com

The note cards come in a box which can be personalized and decorated.

There are numerous categories for children and people of all ages, preschool-teen children, and even adult children with aging parents.

If there is anything that matters to anyone and everyone, it is the quality of our relationships with our family members.

In this world of electronics, and work, and school, and play dates, and activities, it's nice to have a few minutes every day where it's about me and my boy.
